Terms and conditions of use

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that you are about to use the BELORDER application (hereinafter the "Application"). By using the Application, you expressly declare that you have been informed that the general conditions of the Application are currently being drafted.

The Application is operated by BELORDER, whose registered office is located at 18 rue Aimé Césaire, Saint-Ouen-Sur-Seine and which is registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Registry under number 884506064.

The Application enables you to take advantage of the services, the features and functions of which are described on the website (www.belorder.com) (hereinafter the "Services"). The Services include in particular:

  • A service enabling the User to consult the Customer's establishments or any establishment that uses the Customer's customer signs and, in particular, the sign, (hereinafter referred to as a "Restaurant"), closest to the address that the User has previously entered or determined on the basis of his/her geographical location;
  • The provision of a personal space enabling the User to consult and modify the information concerning him/her, which he/she will have previously entered when creating said personal space. Via this personal space, Users can also consult their Order history and their loyalty programme. Connecting to this personal area enables the User's identity to be verified, and the User is responsible for his or her connection details. Any use of this service is presumed to be made by the User.
  • The possibility for Users to consult the products offered for sale by the Customer, to select the product(s) they wish to order, to validate their Order and to pay for it by Dematerialised Restaurant Voucher (TRD), or by bank card). This service of placing Orders for products offered for sale by the Customer (hereinafter referred to as an "Order") is provided via an application accessible by the User and for which the Customer is the operator and responsible, said Order being transmitted and then processed by the Service Provider via an interface (hereinafter referred to as the "Interface") and by means of technology (hereinafter referred to as the "Technology") owned by the Service Provider, in order to be sent to the Restaurant concerned.
  • The possibility of collecting the Order directly from the Customer.

Where applicable, the duration of the commitment as well as the price and terms of payment for the Services and use of the Application were indicated to you when you registered for the Application.

Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code, you acknowledge that you have been informed prior to your use of the Services and expressly accept that :

  • you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of your registration on the Application. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us this form.

However, if you wish to access the Application and Services before the end of the withdrawal period, you agree to waive the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.221-25 and L.221-26 of the French Consumer Code. If you exercise your right to withdraw, you will be reimbursed for the price of the Services, calculated on a pro rata basis for the time elapsed until you were informed of your decision to withdraw.

  • you may have recourse to the Centre de médiation et de règlement amiable des huissiers de justice (Medicys), 73 Boulevard de Clichy, 75009 Paris.
